On offer is a beautiful 1990 Jaguar XJS convertible that has had 1 owner since 1991, it was originally supplied by Appleyard Jaguar of Harrogate to Guyson International and then purchased when just over a year old from Henleys of Chester with just 3000 miles having been covered. The car was then used for high days and holidays with a very low annual mileage until left in storage in 2016. The total mileage showing is 26117 * however the speedo is not working so the actual mileage cannot be warranted, we are assured the car has had very little use since the early 2000's and was kept mainly for sentimental reasons.
The car is presented in Solent blue with magnolia leather trim and a blue mohair hood.
The bodywork/ paintwork / interior present exceptionally well the paintwork is believed to be factory original as well as the interior, the car has none of the usual rust or repairs in any of the problem areas which is a testimony to being well stored and not used in winter months. If you are looking for an original collectors quality XJS that remains unrestored and excellent then this car should tick the boxes. The car has been unused for the past 10 years so will require careful recommissioning prior to use, however it starts and runs beautifully and performed well on a short test run.
