TVR Chimaera 4.0HC first registered in January 1996 presented in stunning metallic Starmist Green with contrasting oatmeal leather interior.
The car presents beautifully in all respects and driving does nothing to disabuse the pleasure, you certainly don't need a stereo in this car the exhaust note is music enough. This TVR [unlike so many] has had a vast quantity of time and money invested into it having had a body off, strip down for a chassis refurbishment which also included brakes, suspension and much much more.
The chassis was then repainted in two pack paint as well as a variety of other detailed work. The body was in very good condition with nothing more than the odd scratch and stain here and there, however as the car belonged to a body shop proprietor it was decided to treat it to a respray whilst the body was off.... This leads onto the seats being refaced [in hide] and a variety of other interior work. The nice thing about this TVR is that it has never fallen into bad condition, it was simply a good example showing signs of age that was made excellent with the thought of keeping it forever...... sadly circumstances changed for the owner which will certainly make the old adage his loss your gain very true.
We could go on and list items like silicone hoses, new alloy radiator etc etc, put simply if you are looking for a truly nice well sorted Chimaera you should view this car.
